IEESC hosted officials from the Canadian Light Source for a workshop on August 1, 2017. CLS scientists Drs. Scott M. Rosendahl and Stuart Read visited Regina to speak with University researchers from several disciplines about the different aspects of the science and infrastructure available at the synchrotron facility, share their beamline expertise on infrared spectromiscroscopy and sampling, and multivariate infrared data analysis with orange data mining, and review the steps in involved in submitting beam time proposals.
