On September 5, 2016, Mr. Lei Yu from North China Electric Power University (NCEPU), China, arrived in Regina to start his one year visit to IEESC. Mr. Zhang is currently a Ph.D. student at the Sino-Canada Resources & Environmental Research Academy of NCEPU. During his stay here, he will conduct a number of research collaborations with IEESC staff.
