Dr. Xiaowen Ding from North China Electrical Power University visits IEESC

Visiting scholar Dr. Xiaowen Ding arrived in Regina on the afternoon of October 1,2013 and started her one-year visit to IEESC. Dr. Ding comes from Sino-Canada Resources and Environmental Research Academy, North China Electrical Power University, China. During her stay here, she will conduct a number of collaborations with IEESC staff.
