IEESC staff saw Dr. Xiaying Xin off

Having successfully completed her study and work in Regina, Dr. Xiaying Xin was recently appointed Postdoctoral Fellow as at the Department of Civil Engineering, Memorial University of Newfoundland. She left Regina on the morning of October 1, 2019. On the eve of her departure, Dr. Xin expressed her deeply thanks to all the IEESC staff and wishes to collaborate with IEESC in the future.
