The Canadian Society for Civil Engineering Annual Conference was held in Vancouver, British Columbia May 31 - June 3, 2017. IEESC Ph.D. student Xiujuan Chen's paper with G.H. Huang and C.J. An entitled “Treatment of Oily Wastewater Using Ultrafiltration Membranes Modified by Nano Particles” won the Best Student Paper Competition at the conference.
