On the afternoon of April 12, 2016, Mr. Yang Zhou successfully passed his PhD dissertation defense. His thesis title is “Development of Stochastic Factorial Programming Methods for Water Resources Management under Uncertainty”. His profound knowledge and excellent presentation helped him win the good evaluation from external examiner, Dr. Xiaosheng Qin (Nanyang Technological University, Singapore) and other examining committee members (Drs. Gordon Huang, Xuedong Yang, Dianliang Deng, Chunjiang An and Peng Wu).
