On March 28, 2014, IEESC met with Professor Xuedong Yang from the Department of Computer Science to learn about his research in computer graphics, image processing and visualization. IEESC students and staff shared recent research findings and discussed potential future collaborations. The group plans to meet again to build relations regarding high dimensional visualizations and image processing techniques to improve the public's understanding of climate change scenarios using visual images.
