On the morning of August 23, 2013, Mr. Gongchen Li successfully passed his PhD dissertation defense. His thesis title is "Development of GHG-Mitigation Oriented Models for the Planning of Integrated Energy-Environment Systems (IEES) Under Uncertainties ". His profound knowledge and excellent presentation helped him win the good evaluation from external examiner, Dr. Wanli Wu (Parks Canada) and other examining committee members (Drs. Gordon Huang, Shahid Azam, Fanhua Zeng, Boting Yang and Martin Argerami).
